As an Administration Officer, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our Nursing Department and key clinical teams, facilitating client management and ensuring effective communication across wards and service areas.This role offers a customer-focused working environment and the opportunity to contribute to health outcomes in the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, part of a mission-driven, inclusive and diverse healthcare team.Build your administrative career with SA Health and make a tangible difference in your local community.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral reception and administrative duties for the Nursing DepartmentAssisting in hospital transfers and coordinating with other health servicesHandling and directing queries, data entry, record management, and correspondenceSupporting bed management and client admissions, and preparing medical recordsFacilitating effective communication between clinical and support teamsSupporting induction and orientation of new staff and visiting practitionersParticipating in quality improvement, staff development and disaster response programsPromoting a positive culture in a safe work environmentAbout YouStrong communication skills with a customer-focused, professional approachHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and time managementExperienced in clerical/admin support, records management, and MS OfficeAble to work independently and collaboratively, staying calm under pressureAbout UsWith its ancient outback landscapes, boutique vineyards,
