Merse Wellness Spa is looking for a warm, polished and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team in Holmview.As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating the premium Merse experience from the moment they walk through the door.

stock levels and general suppliesCompleting opening and closing proceduresSupporting the wider Spa team wherever needed to deliver a seamless client journeyAbout YouWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has an interest in health, beauty and wellness.You'll Ideally BringPrevious reception or customer service experience, ideally within a spa, wellness centre, health club, beauty or similar environmentA warm, confident and engaging personalityStrong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapportA genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer serviceConfidence recommending and promoting products, services and membershipsThe ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environmentHigh standards of personal presentation and professionalismA proactive attitude — you notice what needs doing and get stuck inConfidence using computer systems and learning new technologyAustralian working rightsCurrent First Aid & CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain themAvailabilityMerse Wellness Spa operates Mon-Fri 5.30am-9.00pm, Weekends 7am-7pm, so we're looking for team members who have flexibility across our operating hours.
