With a robust commitment to safety and quality, they are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to support project delivery at Moranbah North.What You Will Be DoingSupervising and supporting civil construction crewsCoordinating daily activities to meet project requirementsAssisting with earthworks, trenching and infrastructure worksEnsuring work is completed safely and efficientlyMonitoring compliance with site safety proceduresLiaising with supervisors and site personnelSupporting project schedules and productivity targetsWhat You Will NeedMinimum 4 years' experience in a Leading Hand or similar civil construction roleDemonstrated civil construction experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsCommitment to workplace health and safetyCurrent Driver's LicenceAbility to work effectively within a team environmentHighly RegardedPipelaying experienceWillingness to undertake pipelaying dutiesExperience working on mining or resources projectsWhat's in it for you?
