This is an chance to step into a commercially significant client leadership role within a leading insights agency.
You will take responsibility for the quality of client relationships, the standard of research outputs, and the strategic direction of a portfolio of major accounts.
Partnering with some of Australia's best-known brands across
Retail, Property & Services,
you'll enjoy deep, multi-layered client relationships and work spanning large-scale CX and NPS programmes across diverse portfolios of assets, alongside a steady pipeline of ad hoc projects including corporate reputation, journey mapping, segmentation, brand and pricing studies.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting and strengthening trusted client relationships, managing day-to-day delivery and engagement
Designing and delivering bespoke quantitative and qualitative research programmes from proposal through to presentation
Leading conversations around CX, NPS and Voice of Customer programmes with confidence and authority
Integrating multiple evidence sources to uncover deeper insights and opportunities for clients
Bringing commercial acumen to monthly and quarterly reporting, dashboarding, and the translation of insights into explicit business actions
Applying strong technical expertise, with advanced quantitative skills and Q proficiency essential
Elevating team capability through mentoring and developing junior consultants
Delivering compelling insights and recommendations that influence decision-making at senior levels
About you:
You are a commercially minded researcher with strong credentials in a strategic insights agency environment.
Equally comfortable with numbers and people,
you enjoy combining quantitative rigour with qualitative depth to answer complex business questions.
You bring strong consulting instincts, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to move seamlessly between analysis, storytelling and strategic thinking.
You will be equally confident presenting to senior stakeholders as you are managing projects end-to-end, contributing to analysis, facilitating workshops, and supporting the development of others within the team.
