About usKBM Advisory is seeking an experienced WHSEQ Auditor to join our team in a permanent role, servicing the Newcastle, Hunter Region, the Mid North Coast and Northern NSW regionsAbout the roleWorking predominantly independently, you will conduct third-party certification, surveillance and recertification audits on behalf of a conformity assessment body, together with internal WHSEQ audits for KBM Advisory clients.Key responsibilitiesPlan, conduct and report certification, surveillance and recertification audits against ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO *****Conduct internal WHSEQ audits for KBM Advisory clientsReview management system documentation and evaluate objective audit evidenceIdentify, substantiate and clearly communicate audit findingsConduct professional opening and closing meetings with clientsPrepare accurate, evidence-based audit reports within required timeframesComply with conformity assessment body procedures and maintain confidentiality, impartiality and independenceMaintain accurate audit records, schedules, timesheets and associated documentationAbout youCurrent Exemplar Global certification at Lead Auditor grade for QMS,



EMS and OHSMSDemonstrated experience independently conducting and reporting management system audits against ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO *****Strong audit planning, evidence-gathering and report-writing skillsA sound understanding of auditor impartiality, confidentiality and conflict-of-interest requirementsA current class C driver licence, access to a reliable vehicle and the ability to travel throughout the service regionPrevious demonstrated experience conducting audits on behalf of a conformity assessment bodyFormal qualifications in WHS, environmental management, quality, engineering, construction or related disciplineExperience conducting integrated management system auditsKnowledge of ISO ***** and ISO/IEC ******* an advantageBenefitsA wide-ranging role working with clients across a range of industriesPractical mentoring and support from experienced auditorsOpportunities for professional developmentFlexible home-based and client-site working arrangementThe tools and resources required to perform the role, including a laptop and support for authorised business travel
