With the contract running through to at least the end of January, there is also potential for this opportunity to extend beyond.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to take recruitment briefs and understand hiring requirementsManage recruitment activity across both corporate and high-volume retail rolesWrite and post job advertisementsSource, screen and interview candidatesManage stakeholder communication throughout the hiring processCoordinate offers, contracts and onboardingSupport with general HR administration and employee enquiries as requiredAbout You:Previous experience in Talent Acquisition,



Recruitment or HRComfortable working across multiple vacancies in a quick-paced or high-volume environmentRetail or similar high-volume industry experience will be highly regardedA quick learner who is happy to pick things up and get across new processes quicklyA self-starter who is proactive, adaptable and willing to jump in where neededStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAvailable to start immediately or at short noticeWhat's on Offer:Contract through to at least the end of January, with potential to extend$55–$60 per hour + superFantastic Sydney CBD locationFlexible working arrangementsOpportunity to join an iconic, global retail brandExposure across both corporate and retail recruitment, as well as broader HR activities
