THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an enthusiastic Mandarin-speaking Retail Sales Assistant to join our retail team at Brisbane Airport on a full-time or part-time basis.
In this fast-paced airport retail environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers while supporting store sales and daily operations.
You will engage with customers, and promote our wide range of global brands across beauty, liquor, confectionary, and luxury products.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy retail environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
Communicate current promotions and product information to customers
Maintain excellent product knowledge across Lotte Duty Free's brand portfolio
Ensure shelves are well stocked, organised, and presented to a high standard
Ensure adherence to customer purchase conditions and airport safety procedures.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service
Excellent communication skills




Qualified and vibrant personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
Ability to speak fluent Mandarin and/or Cantonese

Location: Brisbane International Airport
Full time position: 76 hours' fortnightly
2 week rotating roster
