Mackay Base Hospital's Coronary Care Unit is seeking a Registered Nurse (Heart Health) to join on a permanent basis within the Heart Health Team.
This role provides nursing services across the Cardiac Units, with leadership and team-oriented care through Telehealth with external facilities.You will contribute to cardiac education, rehabilitation, heart failure and chronic disease management while working in a multidisciplinary team dedicated to quality patient outcomes.
