You'll lead range planning, open-to-buy, forecasting and in-season trade for owned-stock lines, balancing product, inventory and commercial performance to hit sales, margin and stock targets.
It's a rare chance to make your mark on a range built from scratch, come on the journey with us.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGBuild and lead the merchandise, buying and range strategyPlan balanced seasonal ranges across brands, categories, price points and key retail momentsOwn open-to-buy, sales, margin and inventory plans, and forecast with disciplineManage demand forecasting, purchase orders, allocation and replenishmentTrade in-season, analysing sales, sell-through, margin and stock cover, and acting on what you seeRun pricing, promotion, markdown and clearance strategy alongside our Ecommerce & Marketing teamSpot risk early, overstock, stockouts, slow movers, and move fast on itBuild supplier relationships that deliver commerciallyOwn weekly merchandise reporting and bring insights and recommendations to trade meetingsABOUT YOU6+ years in merchandise planning, buying, allocation or category management, ideally fashion, footwear, lifestyle or multi-brand retailProven experience owning range plans, open-to-buy,
