Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide resident‐focused therapy in Residential Aged Care, with expansion into community settings.
You'll deliver mobility and functional programs, conduct care plan reviews, and run one‐to‐one and group activities alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Based in Adelaide's metro region, this casual role (3–4 days a week) requires a mobile capacity across a defined region, with sponsorship available for the right candidate and a supportive, inclusive
