YMCA Recreation is seeking a Café Team Leader to recruit, train and support a small core team delivering over‐the‐counter food and beverage service.
You will create a positive, welcoming workplace while maintaining high service standards and overseeing daily operations, stock management and ordering to ensure financial viability.
You will also work closely with the centre leadership team, providing administrative support for centre operations, programming and community activities.
