This includes ensuring safety rules are followed, production targets are met, and product quality is high.
You will have a small in office team and work closely with maintenance and dispatch team.The ROLEEnforces strict safety and environmental compliance rulesChecks mix quality and handle basic quality control testingLead, train and schedule plant operators and crew membersCoordinate plant maintenance and troubleshoot mechanicla or software issuesKeep accurate records of material inventory, truck loads and daily production outputEnsures personal and group Safety Lead Indicator KPI's are met or exceededEnsures the long-term goals and business targets are metWorks with the Surfacing Manager to driver operational systems, efficiencies and complianceWhat we offer YOUThere is nothing more important at Hazell Bros than having our workforce return home in a fit and healthy state at the end of every working day.
