Amazon is seeking a Principal Consultant - Customer Experience (CX) within AWS ProServe in Australia.
This senior leader will own end-to-end CX transformation programs across APJC, including contact centre modernisation, sales transformation, back-office optimisation, and end-to-end customer journey redesign.
Travel to customer sites 50%+ is expected.
The role requires deep CX expertise, senior stakeholder management, and proven delivery across multi-party environments, with solid business
