Mental Health Operations Lead
Are you an experienced mental health leader ready to make a broader impact?
We are seeking a Mental Health Operations Lead to provide operational leadership and support across our clients community mental health services.
This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring safe, high-quality, recovery-oriented and trauma-informed service delivery while supporting leaders and teams across multiple locations.
About the Role
Provide operational leadership across mental health programs
Support and mentor Regional Managers, Service Managers and Team Leaders
Act in senior leadership roles during leave, vacancies or periods of increased demand
Drive service quality, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement
Support workforce capability through coaching, development and education
Promote recovery-oriented, person-centred and trauma-informed practice across the organisation
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
Certificate IV in Mental Health
(essential)
Demonstrated leadership experience in community mental health services
Experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary teams
Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented practice, psychosocial support and relevant mental health legislation
Experience in quality improvement, compliance and operational performance
Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to lead across multiple service locations and manage complex operational challenges
Requirements
Current National Police Clearance
Current First Aid Certificate
Current WA C Class Driver's Licence
Willingness to travel between services
Ability to participate in an on-call roster when required
