$80K–$130K + 15% uplift | 3:1As a Site Engineer, you will provide engineering support across the delivery of major energy and transmission projects.
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and client representatives, you will help coordinate works and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.You will be involved across multiple stages of project delivery, gaining practical exposure to site operations, construction planning, quality, documentation, subcontractor coordination and project controls.This is an opportunity to build your engineering career through hands‐on exposure to large‐scale energy and transmission infrastructure, working across different stages of project delivery with experienced construction teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination of daily construction activities across civil and energy infrastructure worksAssist with construction planning, programming and short‐term schedulingRead and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentationAssist with preparing work packs, ITPs, SWMS and other project documentationMonitor project progress, productivity, quantities and resource requirementsConduct site inspections, quality checks and verification of completed worksLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to support project deliveryAssist with ensuring works comply with project specifications, Australian Standards and contractual requirementsSupport procurement, cost tracking,



progress reporting and project administrationPromote a solid safety culture and support compliance with WHS requirementsAbout YouDegree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineGraduate to 2 years' experience in a Site Engineer or similar civil construction roleSound understanding of civil construction methodologies, engineering principles and site practicesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, standards and technical documentationUnderstanding of QA/QC processes, ITPs, inspections and construction hold pointsFamiliarity with surveying, quantities, measurements and construction set‐outUnderstanding of project documentation, progress tracking and site reportingExperience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam or similar technical software highly regardedExperience across earthworks, concrete, drainage, structures or utilities highly regardedExperience on energy, transmission, utilities or major infrastructure projects highly regardedStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsCurrent White Card and unrestricted Australian Driver LicenceWillingness to work DIDO/FIFO rosters across regional project locationsWhat's on Offer$80K–$130K + 15% uplift | 3:1 working rostersPermanent full-time opportunitiesMajor energy infrastructure and transmission line projectsProjects across NSW,
