Job DescriptionBalcatta locationFull-time | Permanent RoleMonday to Friday (Day)Join Wesco Anixter, a leading distributor of security, communications, and network infrastructure products and solutions.The RoleYou'll be part of a small, hands-on team supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch orders accurately and on timeConduct cycle counts and stocktakes, investigating and resolving discrepanciesManage returns, damaged stock, and non‐conforming inventoryUse our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and maintain accurate recordsEnsure compliance with WHS requirements, including safe manual handling and use of PPEOperate material handling equipment (e.g. pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed)Coordinate with sales teams and freight providers to support smooth inbound and outbound deliveriesMaintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environmentSupport continuous improvement in warehouse processesWhat We NeedA reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented approach to workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasksPhysically fit for hands‐on, active warehouse workWillingness to learn new systems and processesClear and confident communication skills (verbal and written)Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook and Excel)Open to candidates with varying levels of experienceAustralian working rightsWhy Wesco Anixter?
