Network Customer Support TechnicianBundoora, VICThis is a hands-on technical role where you'll work alongside an experienced team to keep the AllDayRTK network performing at its best.You'll help monitor and maintain the network, troubleshoot technical issues, support our customers and assist with the deployment and maintenance of GNSS infrastructure.It's a varied role combining technology, problem-solving, customer support and occasional field work — ideal for someone who enjoys figuring out how things work and wants to continue developing their technical expertise.Key responsibilities include:Build, test and maintain GNSS CORS equipmentMonitor network systems and identify and troubleshoot technical issuesAssist with the installation and maintenance of network infrastructureSupport system upgrades, testing and continuous improvement initiativesWork with the wider team to deliver a consistently high level of customer serviceTravel to network and customer sites when requiredAbout YouYou're technically curious, practical and enjoy solving problems.You don't need to know everything about GNSS or CORS networks from day one.
We're looking for someone with a strong technical mindset, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in technology.You bring:Experience in a technical, electronics, communications, surveying,
