HPS Berwick, VIC is seeking a motivated Hospital Pharmacist to join our team on a casual basis.
You will provide clinical and operational pharmacy services within a hospital setting to support protected and effective patient care.Key responsibilities include medication management, chart reviews, dispensing, and collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health teams.
AHPRA registration is mandatory and you will work in a multidisciplinary environment.
