About the Role
This is an chance for an experienced Archivist within the records and information sector to lead a records disposal program within our EDRMS - Content Manager and support work for a future digitisation and disposal project planning for hardcopy records.
Reporting to the Information Management Lead, the Corporate Records Archivist Lead will work closely with the Corporate Records Team Leader and the wider Records team.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a candidate with significant experience in records and information management, archival practices, records appraisal and sentencing, disposal authority application, and information governance within complex organisational environments to help deliver outcomes in the ERP Program and Information Management team.
This will include leading a large-scale records disposal and archival assessment program, preparing information assets for data migration, providing specialist records management advice, engaging with stakeholders across the organisation, and mentoring and upskilling the Corporate Records team to build sustainable capability.
You will have:
Knowledge of the Public Records Act **** and Public Records Office Victoria Standards
The successful applicant will have extensive experience administering Content Manager (TRIM)
Demonstrated experience undertaking a disposal program.
Experience maintaining defensible, auditable disposal documentation and approvals.
Demonstrated experience in developing procedures, delivering training and improving information management practices.
