About Us
GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.
We currently have multiple projects on the go and our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.
The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a driven Administrator to provide support within our Mobilisation & Travel Team.
This is a perfect role for someone keen to step into a mobilisation team,where you will develop the skills and knowledge to become our next Mobilisation Coordinator.
You'll support our current team with administration and onboarding activities, working from our convenient Ascot office location
A typical day will consist of
Issuing inductions, onboarding packs and site entry documentation
Generating Certificates of Competency
Booking and coordinating medicals
Training administration and compliance tracking
Issuing approved PPE to site personnel
About you
Previous experience in a administration position especially in a construction or engineering business
Ability to manage competing priorities with a positive, solutions-focused approach
Solid computer skills and exceptional attention to detail
A no-fuss, proactive attitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Reliability and great communiction skills
Have a desire to learn and develop the skills to become our next Mobilisation expert
