You have strong analytical and communication skills, expertise in evidence gathering, problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution, and the ability to interpret policies and functions to provide high-quality support and advice.
In this role, you'll:
Support the Senior Manager to provide protective security advice and associated support to Sydney Metro projects, operations and concerning corporate activities.
This role will see you work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide technical advice to support security assurance activities and to conduct investigations into incidents which may arise from security threat sources and assess security controls to ensure their ongoing effectiveness.
Note: This is NOT a Cyber Security role.
Your knowledge and experience of security management and protective security controls, systems and methods will see you excel in this role.
You have demonstrated extensive experience in writing, proof reading and editing of reports, briefing papers, policies, standards and procedures.
You hold appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or professional certifications in security management and if required, meet Australian Government Security Vetting Agency requirements and be able to maintain a NV1 security vetting clearance.
