Teacher of Project Management
Based at Kingscliff, but may be required to deliver face to face delivery at Ballina, Wollongbar and Lismore (subject to campus availability)
Permanent Part-time (17.5 hours per week)
$111,798 – $132,585 salary package - includes base salary ($98,499 – $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (paid pro-rata)

About the role
We are trying to fill one permanent part‐time position that requires face‐to‐face delivery across TAFE NSW campuses located in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.
We are also creating a NSW statewide talent pool that can be used to fill future temporary or permanent teaching positions.
These positions may be delivered either face‐to‐face or virtually.

We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals to inspire the next generation of project managers and business leaders.
In this role,
you'll deliver high-quality, industry‐aligned teaching, combining contemporary project management methodologies with engaging approaches that support student success.
You will work with diverse learners to build practical capabilities in areas such as project planning and scheduling, stakeholder engagement, risk and quality management, governance, scope and resource management, and strategic project delivery.
Using your professional experience and subject expertise, you'll create inclusive, supportive learning environments that foster critical thinking, collaboration, problem‐solving, professionalism, and lifelong learning.

Please note:
that this role may require availability to teach on weekday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will:
Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at a minimum hold a Diploma of Project Management or a higher qualification in a related field
Hold a relevant industry qualification in Building Management or Construction (
Desirable
)
Have a minimum of three years post‐qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously
Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET).
