Department of Transport and Planning seeks a Claims Compilation Lead to manage property insurance and Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) claims arising from natural disasters affecting Victoria's arterial road network. The role reports to the Insurance Coordinator and supports a high-performing claims function.
You will drive end-to-end claims processes, mentor staff, and work with stakeholders to improve engagement and outcomes, contributing to risk and compliance for Victoria's road
