Responsibilities
n
n
Delivering a safe, high quality, efficient window cleaning service to our clients
n
Completing window cleaning & facade maintenance jobs at residential, commercial, government and non‐government premises as outlined on your schedule
n
Being versatile – using multiple access methods (Rope Access, BMU, EWP etc.) and techniques (High Wash, Pressure Wash etc.)
n
Communicating effectively with customers & co‐workers
n




Experience in commercial high‐rise window cleaning
n
Full work rights in Australia
n
Current IRATA/ARAA/SPRAT, or BMU experience
n
Current General Induction for Construction card
n
Valid Driver's License
n
Polite, positive attitude, and solid work ethic
n
Punctual
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Ability to use initiative and find solutions
n
n
Advantageous
n
n
Experience in High Wash Systems (Water fed poles); Ladder/Pole Work; Cherry Picker/Boom lifts; and BMU
n
Working at Heights certificate
n
Your own motor vehicle
n
First Aid Certificate
n
n
