Job Description
The Head of Electrical Solutions will lead and oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of electrical systems within the renewable energy sector. This role is based in Sydney and requires a strategic thinker with expertise in PV system design across the DC balance of systems.

Description

Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of electrical systems.
n
Own the product design and architecture for the company solution, ensuring effectiveness, performance and regulatory compliance.
n
Lead the development of the DC balance of System solutions for larger scale solutions, including both the electrical and mechanical elements.
n
Own the development from end to end for the company's current solution and next generation of products, including BESS, data centres etc
n

Profile
n
A successful Head of Electrical Solutions should have:
n
n
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
n
Proven expertise in the renewable energy market, with PV system design from the C&I; market preferred.
n
Strong leadership background in your career, from a people,



client and product perspective.
n
Strong knowledge of DC Balancing of systems.
n
Frist principles engineering mindset.
n
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
n
A results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
