, you will guide learning, routines, safety, familycommunicationand educator support so children's days feel calm and connected.

Whatyou'llbring
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.
Experience leading a room or team.
Understanding of the EYLF, NQF,



childsafetyand inclusive practice.
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
Leadership,mentoringand communication skills.
Confidence managing room priorities,familiesand quality expectations.
A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
