Altius is seeking a Rehabilitation skilled to work from our Campbelltown office. You will identify risk factors affecting return to work and implement strategies to address them in practice.

Responsibilities include completing return to work case management under WorkCover, conducting comprehensive assessments, delivering vocational counselling and coordinating with employers and healthcare professionals to restore functional performance.
