We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy petrol station Speedway Granville. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and is confident leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of console operators and store staff
n
Prepare and maintain staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage
n
Oversee stock ordering, purchasing, and supplier coordination
n
Conduct regular stocktakes and manage inventory control
n
Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
n
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
n
Support training, onboarding, and performance management of staff
n
Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
n

About You:
n

Minimum 3+ years' experience in a supervisory or management role
(petrol/convenience
retail preferred)
n
Proven experience managing staff, rosters, purchasing, and stock control
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Highly organised with attention to detail
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
n
A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
n
