What You'll Do

As a LME Care Support Worker, you will:
n
Provide quality day to day care and support
n
Support participants to try new experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habits
n
Celebrate achievements, both big and small, and help make every day meaningful
n




Ensure a protected and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choice
n
Work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve participant goals
n
n
Who You Are
n
n
You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the role
n
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
n
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
n
To be considered for this role
n
Staff require 4 full days of availability from 6am to 7pm for shifts, and flexibility and desire to pick up shifts as needed.
