Job Description
Anglicare Sydney is looking for a compassionate Youth Mental Health Peer Worker to be based at the Brookvale Wellbeing Hub. You will build trusted relationships with young people aged *****, their families and local services, helping navigate supports and connect them to care through one-to-one engagement, groups and events.

Drawing on lived experience, you will deliver evidence‐based peer support, co‐facilitate groups and plan outreach, creating engaging content for the hub.
