About the Role

Be a part of our energetic and growing team as an Enrolled Nurse.
Working closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role of delivering high-quality and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Work well with other staff and health professionals to provide respectful, safe, and person-centred care.
Follow care plans and workplace policies to give quality nursing care.
Guide and support personal care workers in their daily tasks when needed.
Notice changes in a consumer's health and report or act on them, including contacting doctors or family if required.
What You Will Need
AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
Minimum 6 months experience working in acute or aged care
Familiarity with Lee care and MediMap is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times.
Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Candidates may be required to undergo a pre‐employment medical assessment and
must hold a current NDIS Worker Clearance.
In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
