Yarra City Council is seeking a Senior Coordinator to lead the Senior Support Services, delivering high-quality CHSP services to keep older people independent and connected at home.
Reporting to the Manager Ageing, Equity and Community Development, you will guide a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets and contracts, ensure quality and compliance, and prepare the service for Commonwealth aged care reforms in a agile local government setting.
