Previous experience in premium or fine dining venues

A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences

Polished presentation and professional communication skills

Solid attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork

Knowledge of Classic Cocktails and ability to deliver drinks with confidence, precision, and personality

Ability to move quickly, stay organised, and support the wider floor team
