Your New Role
You will be responsible for: Analysing and documenting current business processes to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic outcomes.
Conducting business and systems analysis to support the design and implementation of process improvements.
Developing business requirements, user stories, process maps and supporting documentation.




Engaging with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to gather requirements and facilitate solution design.
Evaluating proposed solutions and providing recommendations to improve business outcomes.
Supporting project delivery through testing, implementation activities and stakeholder management.
What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate: Previous experience in Business Analysis within a government, regulated or large enterprise environment.
Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and business improvement experience.
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business areas.
Experience supporting project delivery, transformation initiatives or service improvement programmes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and written communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities in a complex environment.
