Brand Manager (Pharmaceutical)

The Role
We are seeking a motivated
Brand Manager
to join our team. You will bring experience within the
pharmaceutical industry
and be able to quickly integrate into the team and work independently. The role will focus on
launch readiness, promotional execution, agency management, internal approval processes, customer engagement activities, and broader operational marketing support
. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help deliver key marketing initiatives and support business priorities in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve revenue and business objectives.
Lead portfolio forecasting, budget management, and tactical planning to maximise ROI.
Analyse market, customer, and competitive insights to inform portfolio strategy.
Partner with external agencies to deliver promotional campaigns, events, and conferences.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.
Support product launches and ongoing brand growth initiatives.
Ensure all activities are delivered in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Biological/Medical Sciences or equivalent experience.
3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
Proven success managing innovative medicine brands, with Oncology experience highly regarded.
Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen.




Experience with brand planning, forecasting, and budget management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to navigate complex organisations and work collaboratively across multiple functions.
Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong "can-do" attitude.
