This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager or ambitious property manager to join a young and vibrant team in Bayside and play a key role in shaping what comes next.
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage a portfolio and go home.
We're looking for someone who wants to lead, mentor, improve processes and help build a high-performing property management department.
You'll be primarily office-based, with an Assistant Property Manager supporting you with external appointments, giving you the time and space to focus on leadership, client relationships, team development and the bigger picture.
What you'll be doing
Manage a portfolio of properties with a robust focus on client and tenant relationships
Lead, mentor and support the property management team
Work closely with leadership to improve systems, processes and team performance
Help shape the structure and future direction of the department
Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and operational efficiency
Support training, development and onboarding of team members
Assist with problem-solving and escalated matters
Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
Have a genuine voice in the growth and evolution of the business




What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has solid property management experience and is ready for their next step.
You'll ideally be:
An experienced Senior Property Manager or current Team Leader
Confident leading and mentoring others
Highly organised and process-driven
A strong communicator who can build relationships easily
Someone who takes ownership and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
Commercially minded and interested in the bigger picture
Positive, energetic and motivated by growth
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build something, not simply maintain the status quo.
