We are looking for a reliable and confident Outbound Call Representative to support a range of businesses and services. This role involves making outbound calls, managing follow-ups, and communicating clearly and professionally across different campaigns. The successful candidate will be comfortable switching between services and staying organised in a wide-ranging, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls on behalf of multiple businesses and services
n
Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients
n
Follow call guidelines while adapting messaging as required
n
Manage call schedules, follow-ups,



and notes accurately
n
Maintain organised records of call outcomes
n
Work towards agreed call and performance targets
n

Requirements
n

Minimum 2–3 years experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales roles
n
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
n
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
n
Ability to manage multiple services and priorities
n
Professional phone manner and positive attitude
n
Experience using CRM systems or call tracking tools
