YOUR NEXT ROLE
As the Contract Administrator, you will:
Monthly reports
Review quotes
Approve claims
Procurement
Generate purchase orders
Manage subcontractor relationships
Subcontractor variations
Prepare agreements
Contractor completion tasks - defect management
Ad hoc tasks
ARE YOU A FIT?
To be considered successful, you will have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and experience working for a mid to large size commercial builder within Australia. You will have had some experience performing the role of a CA onsite and ideally worked on high rise multi-level residential projects. You will be able to procure trade packages and write scopes of work. This is a great prospect to join an iconic company and build a successful long-term career.
