Job Description
Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide person-centred care in a residential setting. You will assist residents with daily needs, promote dignity and independence, and work within a multidisciplinary team to support wellbeing.

Applicants should hold an AQF Certificate III, have experience in aged and disabled care, and demonstrate excellent communication and confidentiality.
