Job Description
Eastern Health in Melbourne is seeking a Grade 2 Allied Health Assistant to join the Care@Home GEM and Rehab@Home service based at Peter James Centre, Burwood East. You will support hospital-level, patient-centred care in clients' homes, with daily visits for about two weeks after discharge.

You will work with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists on mobility programs, equipment setup and functional retraining, across the eastern catchment, with in office supervision and opportunities for
