Job Description
Talent Lab Co. seeks a Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager to lead product governance, oversight and external compliance across a quick-growing beauty portfolio. You will advise on claims, labeling, ingredient rules and post-market obligations while enabling rapid scaling across markets.

You will own regulatory reviews, build scalable documentation systems and partner with Product, Marketing and Operations to balance risk with speed to market. Australian experience is preferred.
