Responsibilities

Provide exceptional beverage service behind the bar and assist on the floor as needed.
n
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during busy service periods.
n
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our cocktail program, wines, and spirits to guide guest choices.
n
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
n
For full-time candidates, there is the opportunity to step into a supervisory role and lead by example.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a premium restaurant with a dedicated cocktail program.
n
Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and a willingness to continue learning.
n
Experience working both behind the bar and providing service on the floor.
n
Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
n
Professional presentation and a commitment to high-quality hospitality standards.
