Seymour Health is seeking a qualified Exercise Physiologist to join our team on a part time contract.
The successful candidate will deliver person-centred, evidence-based exercise interventions to improve health, function and independence for participants.
You will conduct assessments, prescribe programs, monitor progress and maintain documentation, working both independently and with a multidisciplinary team across homes and community locations.
