Prospect and acquire new business via outbound phone calls
Build and manage a prospect list and territory
Manage the full 360-degree B2B sales cycle from prospecting through closing
Conduct cold outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn
Book and facilitate online and face-to-face meetings and demos
Conduct tailored discovery and propose appropriate solutions
Use Salesforce CRM to manage activity and accurately forecast
Achieve revenue targets based on new monthly recurring revenue sales
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
Train newly onboarded customers to maximise utilisation, identify cross-sell opportunities and reduce churn risk
Close new opportunities and onboard new customers before handing them over to the appropriate Account Manager
Report directly to the QLD Sales Manager
Requirements
A few years of sales experience
Ideally, experience within the B2B and technology space
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Resilient, ambitious and nurturing approach




Salesforce experience is advantageous
Ability to work autonomously to a regular cadence of calls and meeting sales activity
