Lead a home.
Support a team.
Change young lives.
Looking for a role where you can step up, lead from the front and still have a genuine connection with the young people you're supporting?
As a House Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in creating a safe, stable and therapeutic home while supporting a team to do their best work.
This is more than managing a house
If you've worked in residential care or OOHC, you'll know the pressure that can come with balancing the needs of young people, supporting staff and keeping on top of everything happening around the home.
You'll lead day-to-day operations, guide Residential Support Workers and work closely with Case Workers and Therapeutic Specialists to create consistency for the young people in your care.
You'll still be hands-on too.
With 36 hours each week of direct support, you won't be stuck behind a desk or removed from the reason you got into this work in the first place.
Benefits to you
Access salary packaging to help you get more from your pay
Step into a hands-on leadership role
Build your leadership skills within therapeutic care
Stay connected through direct work with young people
Access ongoing therapeutic and leadership development
