What You'll Do
As an Operations & Supply Chain Supervisor, you will:
Support inventory accuracy, visibility, and control across the distribution centre
Analyse inventory and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, variance investigations, and root cause analysis
Utilise warehouse and inventory management systems (such as SAP and WMS) to maintain data integrity and support reporting
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials
Support onboarding, training, and capability development for warehouse and inventory team members
Partner with operational leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer outcomes
About You
We're looking for someone with robust learning agility, curiosity, and problem-solving capability.
While previous industry experience is advantageous, we value potential and attitude just as highly.
You will bring:
A degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline




Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and other data analysis tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive mindset and genuine interest in operations, logistics, and supply chain management
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or operations is desirable but not essential.
