Churches of Christ in Queensland is seeking a Housing Support Worker based at our Kenmore Head Office.
You will support individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing, helping them access secure accommodation and sustain long-term tenancy outcomes.
You'll work directly with clients to provide case management, develop support plans, assist with budgeting and connect them with community services, while maintaining accurate records and reporting
