RESPONSIBILITIES:
Letting and vetting subcontractor packages
Manage project financials and tracking budgets/reporting
Managing RFI's, EOT's and NOD's
Communicating closely with Project Manager and delivery team
Mentor and provide feedback for junior Contract Administrators and Coordinators/Graduates
Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:




5+ years of Contract Administrator experience in commercial construction
Proven Contract Administrator track record delivering Fitout and Refurbishment projects (ideally D&C;) start to finish
Team first mindset
Previous experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with Procore
Unlimited Australian working rights
