Job Description
Michael Page is recruiting a Senior Payroll Leader in Melbourne to lead and mentor a large payroll team in a hybrid work setting. You will oversee end-to-end payroll for a complex workforce, ensuring compliance with Contemporary Awards, Enterprise Agreements and internal policies.

In this role, you will manage complex payroll calculations, act as the senior escalation point, and partner with rostering and workforce management to ensure accurate data flow.
