Claro Disability Services in Victoria is recruiting for permanent part time and casual disability support workers across Heidelberg Heights, Bellfield, Bundoora and Macleod.
You will provide person-centered care, assist with mobility and daily tasks, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams.
You will support clients with complex needs, promote autonomy and dignity, and help build meaningful activities aligned with each client's goals, routines, and culture.
